This meditation helps to balance the left and right brain hemispheres. It focuses on the Prefrontal Cortex, Pineal and Pituitary Glands. This is the part of our brain that is responsible for higher thought process, creativity. This helps us to move out of the back, lower brain which is responsible for fight and flight.
Energy Balancing Meditation
This meditation helps us to balance our energy. What is energy? Have you ever walked into a room in which someone was in a bad mood? Soon you start to notice you are starting to get in a bad mood or feeling drained? Or someone is in a super good mood, soon you find yourself incredibly up and happy? When we balance our energy we can more easily become aware of the subtle shifting from others as well as ourselves. We can come to our breath and come into better balance with our energy as to not so easily be affected by others, events or whatever else is going on around us.
