Public classes are offered as well as some amazing Trainings, Workshops, Journeys & Circles. The absolute best way to know where I am teaching is to follow my Instagram or Facebook pages. There will be posts that indicate where I am teaching and when.

The Studios I often teach at are Awake Yoga in El Dorado Hills and Ohana Moon and have taught from time to time at Gold Lotus in Placerville.

I may have a Teacher card available for a FREE class so reach out if you are thinking of catching up with me at a class! Free passes not applicable to events, journeys, sound baths trainings or workshops.

Sattva-Whole

Movement-Asana with an incorporation of the full practice of Yoga. Pranayama, Kriya, Layas, Meditation, Mantra, Freedom Movement, are some of the other aspects that may used within this practice. Works on the body through movement, Brain and Central Nervous System with the other Yogic practices. Good for all bodies.

Yin

Targeting the joints, dense tissue around them to stimulate health and range of motion. Great for stilling the mind, mainly on the ground with long holds 3-5 minutes. Works on the body through application of pressure, Brain and Central Nervous System. Good for all bodies.

Restorative

Completely supported, opens the body while little tension being placed on the body. Great for quieting the mind, completely on the ground with long holds 8-10 minutes. Works on the body through long holds, Brain and Central Nervous System. Good for all bodies.

Nidra

Completely Meditative, supported in Savasana throughout the practice. Great for shifting the mind, completely on the ground. Works on the body through long holds, Brain and Central Nervous System. Indicated in 2010 by the US Surgeon General as beneficial and is considered Alternative and Complementary Healthcare. This practice is being used for our Veterans to treat PTSD yielding amazing results. Good for all bodies.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini

Himalayan Kriya, incorporates combinations of breath, movement Mudra and Mantra. Can be done in many different physical postures. Works on the physical body with some practices being natural detoxes. Works on the Brain and Central Nervous System helping to release old patterns or to cultivate abundance, new awareness.

Sound Baths, Sound Immersions

May include Crystal SInging bowls, drumming, windchimes or others to raise vibration, vibrational healing. Chakra Balancing, meditative, Great for releasing within the mind, completely on the ground. Works on the Brain and Central Nervous System. Good for all bodies.

Journeys, Ceremonies, Workshops, Trainings & Retreats

These vary can include a Cacao journey, working with Seasonal intentions and or Energy, Moon Energy Reiki and IET. Workshops, Trainings & Retreats will indicate their specifics in descriptions.
