Cancellations

Please provide as much notice as possible. We understand there are true emergencies. Please understand to there is a list of people hoping for an appointment and when ample time is provide, they are able to receive the benefit of this opening. When there isn’t ample time provided, space goes unfilled. This is a holistic Business that hopes to serve, help, assist~ But also survive this post COVID climate. Please assist us in thriving by honoring the time we have set aside exclusively for you by providing a weeks notice to reschedule under normal circumstances. If we get an appointment change within 72 hours of the appointment we are very unlikely to fill it in these busy times, with peoples busy lives. We will have to charge you for the time for any cancelation received without 48 hours notice.

Refunds

Any Purchased Class, Workshop, Training is 100% Refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the start date. After 4 weeks to the start date there will be no refunds available however you may be able to postpone until next available date or use towards another workshop, at the discretion of TSP.

Any individual or group, batch sessions bought pre 2020, initial terms of purchase were as follows: Purchased sets of sessions in advance as a set are fully refundable for 30 days from the date of purchase or until the first session is used, whichever is first. No partial refunds will be available. If a fee increase takes place within 6 mos of purchase your sessions will be honored. If you have not used your sessions within 6 mos. of purchase and fees have increased you are responsible for the difference. If purchase is made and multiple types sessions are utilized, sessions credit become a balance credit towards services at current rates until used. Any pre purchased Sessions not used after 500 days will become a credit towards future services.

For Clients who had remaining sessions while HTH was acquired 2018/19, you must contact the new owner of the business to redeem your remaining sessions. You received notifications from both ventures during this time period with the limitations from this new corresponding business, please refer back to this information.

Policy

We have the right just as any business to refuse service to anyone. We have the right to end session for “misconduct” by a client at which time the client is responsible for the cost of the session. “Misconduct”, is considered any sexual advances, innuendos, rude comments, one who is being combative or confrontational, one who is refusing to actively be a part of participate in session and a number of other reasons that may not be listed here that interfere with facilitating Holistic sessions.
